Because camp isn’t just for the kids! Bring your whole family, however you define it, and enjoy an unforgettable weekend on the ranch.
Fill your day with horses and our farm animals, boating, swimming, crafts, archery, hiking, and more.
Registration Overview
Camper Sessions:
- Priority Registration for returning campers will open on Wednesday, November 6th, at 10 a.m. EST and close on Friday, November 8th, at 11:00 p.m. EST.
- On Tuesday, November 5th, we will email a unique link for campers to register. Please do not share this link when you receive it.
- Priority registration is only available for campers who attended a 2024 camper session, Mother-Daughter Retreat, Family Weekend or were waitlisted for a camper session.
- Priority registration is only for camper sessions; please keep reading for information about Mother-Daughter and Family Weekend registration.
- Registration for camper sessions will reopen for everyone at 10 a.m. EST on Wednesday, November 13th.
Mother Daughter Retreats:
- Registration will open for ALL attendees on Wednesday, January 15th, at 10 a.m. EST. More information will be released as the registration day approaches.
Family Weekend:
- Registration opens online on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025, at 10 a.m. EST.
- Please have one individual register on the entire group’s behalf. During registration, you will provide additional family names, and we will add those families to your reservation. Then, each family can log into the reservation system to complete forms and make payments.
- Space is limited for this event, and a waitlist will become available online after the weekend is full.

Important Upcoming Dates

- Returning Camper registration opens on Wednesday, November 8th at 10 am EST.
- Camper session registration will be open to all campers on Wednesday, November 15th, at 10 am EST.
- When the office reopens, our hours will be 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- The BR office will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 27th and 28th
